This deployment includes some great improvements for your digital campaigns.

Auto Lead Conversion Functionality

Your digital leads can now be automatically converted in SalesForce with the power of WMS and DataSync.

This means that when a lead moves to opportunity in WMS, it is no longer required to manually convert the same lead in Salesforce.

DataSync will then ensure that the opportunity ID from Salesforce is synced to the WMS process, closing the loop on the conversion process.

Minion Code

Minion code is used to integrate multiple systems and exchange information/data between these systems via webhooks.

For digital campaigns we need to be able to recruit a minion for a process in WMS. The minion will integrate your process with other systems and processes within WMS.

Your minion can "listen" for information from outside the Web platform and automatically update your WorkItems, complete WorkItems when instructed, communicate with other systems, and more..

An example of how this new functionality will be used is to populate WMS processes with Digital Unique IDs from Marketo where these are not passed into Salesforce by a client.
