The new support process is now live so we will not be monitoring the product support inbox. Please send your requests to the email address above.

The support process will be automatically created in WMS, this allows our support team to screen your request faster!

You can add notes and additional comments to a support request by replying to the response emails that are sent as the process progresses. 

This is the primary method of communicating with the support team, if you do not reply to the response emails, there's a good chance they won't see it!

Make sure to include the process ID preceded with a hashtag (#12345) when replying to an existing support request. If you do not include the process ID then you will create a duplicate request.

If you need to copy other users in the email trail, forward on the response email with the process ID in the subject line preceded with a hashtag.
