Why do we have the Asset Manager module?
- Users are able to upload files in a centralised place that can be used in other parts of the system e.g. Process Designer
- Icon for the Asset Manager module in the Foyer
- Asset Manager Home: CMS Page
- Editable for each WebPlatform by approved / trained user
- Blue Help (you can see all help info set up for the page)
- Again fully customisable, just ‘Edit’ and then ‘Save & Quit’ when you’re done
- Menu navigation bar
- Home, Asset List & Help
- In the Asset List page, you can view/edit/add assets. They can also download and revert assets to an older version
- The help page provides you with help for the Asset Manager
