- Lock Aspect Ratio - The aspect ratio of an image is the ratio of its width to its height. Selecting this option will ensure the original aspect ratio is maintained however, if you deselect this option then you have the freedom to set the width and height properties independently. It is recommended that you maintain the original images aspect ratio, changing it will cause distortion and warping.
- Width - Adjusts the images width. This is set in pixels (px). If Lock Aspect Ratio has been selected then changing this value will automatically adjust the height.
- Height - Adjusts the images height. This is set in pixels (px). If Lock Aspect Ratio has been selected then changing this value will automatically adjust the width.
- Border - This will add a border around the selected image and the number will determine the thickness of the border ( value in pixels). Setting the value to 0 will remove the border.
- Alt Text - If the image cannot be displayed then the text entered into the Alt Text field will be displayed in its place. This should always be set for emails as clients such as Outlook will block images by default.
