Create an Email Blast
In this page you setup your email blast to be sent to one or multiple recipients.
Below are the steps you need to follow in order to send your email blast:
- Select the campaign from the campaign list that you require to send the blast to
- Select the distribution list for the sites and contacts
- Select the contacts you want to send the email blast to - you can filter out specific recipients
- Choose your Email blast package you have created and select the templates for the email and landing site
- Send your email Blast
Previewing an email template before it's sent
Before you send an email blast you can preview what the email will look like before its sent. There are 3 ways of previewing the email, those are:
- Customise - Previews the email in an iframe on the same page. This loads by default.
- Preview @ 100% - Opens the email in a new tab and displays across 100% of the window.
- Preview to fit - Displays the email in a pop up window which fits to the actual size of the email.
Previewing landing pages before it's sent
Before you send an email blast you can preview what the landing page will look like before its sent. There are 3 ways of previewing the email, those are:
- Customise - Previews the landing page in an iframe on the same page. This loads by default.
- Preview @ 100% - Opens the landing page in a new tab and displays across 100% of the window.
- Preview to fit - Displays the landing page in a pop up window which fits to the actual size of the page.
