In this page of the WebPlatform the WebPlatform Administrator is able to create Roles which are linked to:
- Processes a user can instantiate
- Allocation purposes in a WorkItem - a number of users could be in the 'Finance' role and the Finance role is allocated to a WorkItem in a Process
- If this is the case, all users in the Finance role will be able to view, edit or complete the Workitem
The WebPlatform Administrator is able to:
- Create, edit, delete or copy a WMS Role for users on the WebPlatform
