After the migration, you’ll need to setup your mobile phone to receive email. To do this, you’ll need to download the Outlook email application from your preferred app store. The video below shows you how to do this. You will need to use Outlook to access your EIMS email on your phone and stop using any other mail applications (e.g. Apple Mail), although you will be able to continue to use these for any personal mail.
**PLEASE NOTE – not all EIMS users are permitted access to their emails from their mobile phones. If you’re not sure if you should have access, please speak to your line manager to confirm**
