Editing a Process

Process Designer: Edit a process

The owner of the process design can edit it to make improvements 'kaizen' by creating a new version of the process.

If you have Process Design Access, from the process List grid you can:

  • Click on the action to ‘Create New Version’
    • The Create New Version page will appear
  • Update the descriptions as required
    • Then click on the ‘Create & Edit’ button
  • You have successfully created a new version of the process which you can edit (Status = In Progress)
