Process Designer: Edit a process
The owner of the process design can edit it to make improvements 'kaizen' by creating a new version of the process.
If you have Process Design Access, from the process List grid you can:
Editing a Process
- Click on the action to ‘Create New Version’
- The Create New Version page will appear
- Update the descriptions as required
- Then click on the ‘Create & Edit’ button
- You have successfully created a new version of the process which you can edit (Status = In Progress)
