What you must do for a process to work

There are a few steps you must follow in order to get your process to work. The inbuilt validation rules will pick up basic errors and flag these to the designer.

What you need to get right

Once a process has been cut live it must be tested!

• Take the process through all of the possible routes in the design/flow to make sure that nothing has been left out
  • This means you MUST create instances and take them to end!
• Make sure emails / notifications are received by the intended recipients
  • And that they render as per design
• Check all allocation rules are correctly set up (the right person gets each WorkItem in the process)
